Need account help
I am locked out of my account and cannot get any assistance. Support tells me to log in to live chat for assistance.
Starts at 50 and goes down to 3 in line after waiting for a long time.
Then chat just shuts down I am still locked out and have no help. Very poor customer care service.

Worst sports app in the world
Every time I go to watch a game I have to sign in and connect my TV provider. After I finally get into the app and turn the game on the whole thing crashes every twenty seconds no matter how many times you refresh it. Between signing in every time I go to use the app and having to refresh the whole thing every twenty to thirty seconds I only get to watch about fifty percent of the Braves games.

App crashes every 15-20 seconds
Every time I go to watch a braves or hurricanes game I have to sign in to the app again. When I finally get the game on I watch it for about twenty seconds and the whole thing crashes. Between signing in every time I go to watch a game and having to refresh the app every twenty to thirty seconds I only watch about fifty percent of the game.

Resolved: Wow the guardians game is in Spanish he announcers are speaking in Spanish
The announcers are speaking the guardians game in Spanish in Parma Ohio, this has not happened before want to be able to understand the game in English

Stay away from this company. Is they are absolutely horrible to deal with.
All of our customer service reps are outsourced and half the time.You can't even understand what they're talking about.
I still have no resolution With them. I guess i'm out my hundred and twenty dollars that I Paid to them Is far streaming Service That I never received.

Problem with connecting to the internet I don’t have that big of a problem
My biggest problem is that I got the Bally Sports app to watch the Detroit Tigers baseball games

They are terrible
If I could leave a 0 ZERO I would, lags in live stream, super choppy, and I have tried for two season just to get to be able to actually watch a game without and issue or delay. Also the customer service is not great, emailed issues no response, tried the chat feature didnt work, sms for issues 1 hour no resolve or fix just

The sports channel was taken off. No channel to watch the Cardinals. Thats why I had Bally Sports!

Poor customer service - Management would not deal with issue
Based on Bally Sport's TV advertisements regarding their "streaming service" on the Bally Sports Plus APP, it appeared to be just what I was looking for while travelling.
I Downloaded "Bally Sports Plus" on the App store on Apr.11/24 and subscribed to their streaming service. I wanted to stream the Panther playoff games while travelling away from home.
I was unable to stream any of the Panther playoff games from Apr.20th onward which defeated the purpose of my subscription.
I reported this issue to Bally Sports Customer service and they said it was out of their control due to the "NHL's Blackout restriction rules".
This streaming service is not "as advertised" and this was Bally Sport's way of blowing me off. The NHL would not black out all games in all areas as I was traveling throughout the US in various states and my IP address would change on my laptop based on my hotel's WiFi service.
I immediately cancelled my subscription with Bally Sports as they would not refund my money.
