Filed a complaint on February 18th, 2026, over single wagers being submitted as two separate wagers because of a system failure on Bally's side. I have been given 3 or 4 different excuses as to why I'm not going to get anyone to help me right this wrong. The algorithm is designed to prevent customers from placing a single wager. This is done using an onscreen directive that instructs the customer to try again in a moment when there is a technical error on their end. While that is onscreen, the customer will do as instructed by trying again in a moment. While trying again, the first wager is actually put through as well as a second exact matching wager just with a different ticket ID, now turning one wager into two matching wagers. When I noticed that it happened, I placed a wager for $250 on an event and it was processed twice. I immediately went about getting it resolved. Now, the screenshot shows two of the exact same wagers placed at exactly the same time. The first investigation said that the event was already settled when I started the claim. That is untrue, as I was going through the circus act to reach a human to help me out during the event. I sent the person live screenshots of the event as it was in progress. Well, that's lie number 1. Investigation number 2 was much more blatant in regard to the continuation of the lies, stating I had placed the wagers 5 minutes apart and that all bets are settled. Now, I'm feeling like they think I'm just a *** that doesn't know gaslighting when I see it. Here’s lie 3. I keep emailing, asking how these investigations came to these results, knowing damn well that the screenshot timestamped wagers were in fact not 5 minutes apart, total failure there. Yet the third response was as follows: (The error message appeared from the time the 1st wager was placed until the second wager was received and accepted.)

(The whole time I’m looking at the error message, my wager is actually being put through), so I do as I’m instructed and press the bet icon again, unknowingly now placing the same wager of $250 on the same event with the same odds.

Per our technical team, we can confirm that bets 122******** and 122******** are not duplicates, as they were created 6 seconds apart and have different request IDs. All one needs to notice is that the six seconds was in the second wager's delay to understand that this is a problem that was created by Bally's themselves, who in turn try to lie, misguide, and gaslight the customer to their will. It's cool though. I'm not done with them just yet.

Oh, just to add a little more detail for the investigation team, military time of 16:52 is 4:52 PM. I placed these wagers at 10:52 AM on the 18th of February 2026, as it shows timestamped on the original bet tickets. Smmfh. That's a huge indicator of a manufactured and fraudulent bet slip.

The photos are only a few of the undoubtedly more wagers that passed through the system twice.

I've requested a complete and unmolested wager history from my first ever bet with them. I have heard nothing in return. That was sent over a week ago.
